Privacy Policy for Noti

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy explains what Noti (the Discord bot, its dashboard at noti.bot, and related services) collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Noti is operated by Rision LLC, based in the United States. In this policy, "we" means Rision LLC.

What we collect

Server data

  • Server, channel, role and message IDs needed to post notifications and run the features a server's admins switch on.
  • The settings admins save on the dashboard or with commands: which creators to follow, channels, roles, message templates, and feature settings.

User data

  • Your Discord user ID and username, when you use Noti's commands, buttons or dashboard.
  • If you log in to the dashboard: your email address and language from Discord, a login session (so you stay signed in, for up to 30 days after you log in), and your Discord access tokens, stored encrypted. We use the tokens only to show your profile and the servers you manage.
  • If you connect Noti to Discord Linked Roles: your Discord access tokens, stored encrypted, used only to keep your linked-role information up to date on Discord.
  • Data tied to features you or your server use:
    • giveaway entries, and winners' claim status;
    • for a giveaway prize paid in Minecraft, the winner's Minecraft account UUID and the prize's status;
    • your birthday, if you set one;
    • creators you added through a server's Influencer Panel, and any note you attached;
    • a count of messages you have sent in a server (a number only, never the messages), used for giveaway requirements;
    • a linked Kick or Twitch account, if you link one;
    • a linked Rumble account, if you link one;
    • a linked Minecraft account, if you link one in a server: we store its UUID and name for that server until you or the server unlink it;
    • minigame progress (for example Fishing), if you play;
    • your votes in polls on our website, if you vote;
    • your vote count and last vote time on top.gg, if you vote for Noti.
  • If you buy Premium: your plan and add-ons. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your Discord email is used to find or create your Stripe customer, so receipts and billing go to you.

Joining our support server

  • When you log in to the dashboard, Noti may add you to the Noti support server using the permission you grant at login. You can leave that server at any time.

Message content

  • When a server switches on Fix URLs, Noti reads new messages in that server to find social media links and post a version with a working embed. Messages are read in memory and not stored.
  • Fix URLs rewrites links to public embed services (such as fixupx.com, vxtiktok.com, ddinstagram.com and rxddit.com). Noti does not contact them; Discord does, to build the preview.
  • When a server uses Starboard, Noti reposts a message that gets enough star reactions, including its text, in the server's starboard channel. We store only the message IDs and star count, not the text.
  • Noti does not store, log or sell message content, and does not use it to train AI or machine learning models.

Presence (activity) data

  • When a server switches on Status Roles, Noti reads your Discord custom status to check it for the keywords the server chose, and gives or removes a role. If the server set a log channel, Noti posts there which of its keywords matched (not the rest of your status).
  • When a server switches on Auto Live Roles, Noti reads whether your Discord status shows you are streaming, to add or remove that role.
  • Presence data is not stored. You can ask us to stop processing your presence entirely (see "Your choices").

Usage and diagnostics

  • Which commands and buttons are used, link clicks through our redirect links (the link type, where it was clicked and the server, not who clicked), and error logs. Error logs can include server, channel and user IDs so we can fix problems.
  • On the website, error reports and page performance data are sent to Sentry. If you are logged in, they include your Discord user ID. If you send feedback through the website's feedback form, we receive what you write in it.

Website analytics and cookies

  • We use Google Analytics and Rybbit to count page views and see how visitors use the website. They record the pages you visit, your browser and device type, your approximate location (from your IP address) and the site that referred you. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for this.
  • If you log in, the website stores your login session in a cookie so you stay signed in. It also keeps a few preferences in your browser, such as your light or dark theme and announcements you dismissed.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie logs you out.

How we use it

Only to run Noti's features, show your settings on the dashboard, process Premium, prevent abuse, and fix and improve the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services Noti runs on, and only what they need:

  • Discord: Noti is a Discord app.
  • Stripe: Premium payments.
  • top.gg: votes.
  • Google Analytics and Rybbit: website analytics.
  • Sentry: error monitoring.
  • Our hosting and database providers, which store data on our behalf.

We may disclose data if the law requires it.

Your choices

  • Server admins choose which features run, and can switch any of them off or remove Noti at any time.
  • You control your own custom status and, in Discord's settings, whether your activity is shared. You can also ask us to stop processing your presence in every server: email [email protected] or ask in our support server, and we will turn it off for your account.
  • You can remove your birthday, leave giveaways, remove creators you added through an Influencer Panel, and unlink a Minecraft account at noti.bot/mc/link.
  • You can log out of the dashboard, which ends your session, and remove Noti from your Discord account under User Settings > Authorized Apps, which revokes its tokens.
  • To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email [email protected] or ask in our support server. We will ask you to confirm the request from your Discord account in the support server before we act on it.

How long we keep it

Server settings are kept while Noti is in the server. When Noti is removed from a server, its settings are deleted after 60 days; some feature data (for example giveaway history and message counts) is kept longer. Turning a feature off keeps its settings so it can be turned back on. Error logs are deleted after 90 days.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

Children

Noti follows Discord's Terms of Service, which require users to meet Discord's minimum age.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
